Questions about The Medius
Does Medius require any integration with the user's system or does it only work independently?
Our platform is designed to enhance user experience. That is why we work both ways. You can assign your field agents to handle the software if you prefer. Although we have an expert team of collection agents and recovery lawyers that have given our clients a much higher recovery rate. In the end, we provide you with customizable options at every stage.
Does Medius have any agents for calling loan account holders?
Calling is done via agents, lawyers, and highly sophisticated bots that are AI-driven built on gp3 technology. You will be able to see the call recordings of each call. Depending on the particular account, that could be at high risk or low risk, the rule engines are designed. Full details of each account, call timings, SMS, emails, WhatsApp, further details.
Does Medius require any integration to upload the data?
We can fetch the data in both ways. We have an API integration system that can be used. However, you can simply upload excel sheets without an API as well. To make it easier, the data can be uploaded in Any Format in Any type of file whether that is excel, excel binary, or CSV file.
How will the data be collected?
The data is collected in batches or as per accounts. Each is entirely customizable. In our collections system, we handle two types of accounts. I.e. Soft Bucket and Delinquent accounts. We can retrieve data in 2 ways that are, via API integration or retrieving the file via batches in any type of format. Our enhanced AI will automatically map your column labels to our database. This is how seamlessly you can allocate data to us in less than a few minutes.
How are the loan accounts going to be contacted?
We provide 360-degree communication with all your accounts. Making it simple to keep tabs on all types of transmission. That is Calls, SMS, Email, or Whatsapp. Apart from our agents, a sophisticated bot is available to provide an enhanced conversation with your loan accounts based on a clear rule engine defined with your approval. On all transmission modes - You can view the entire communication record with any particular account. Such as Call logs & Records, Email Conversations, SMS, and Whatsapp Chat History. The risk management is advanced with the analysis of their contact history and delinquency rate.
Is it really going to be completely digital?
